This is a secondary activity check for all staff members. Participation is compulsory, with at least one comment per character being made. Posts must be made for each staff member played, NOT just one post per mun. Please comment under the appropriate House thread.
The general idea for this staff meeting is that each mun will comment under the appropriate House thread in relation to those issues affecting that particular character, and that particular character only. In order to have this running as smoothly as possible, this meeting will be conducted in an OOC manner. While only one comment is required to pass the activity check, by all means, converse with the other muns in your own Houses! If something of interest gets tossed up in the air, follow it!
Although these meetings will be conducted in an OOC manner, any and all decisions reached during them will be regarded as IC decisions, and effective immediately once all muns involved have agreed.
This measure is not just to prevent inactivity amongst the staff. Experience has shown us that a lack of communication among staff members can result in characters that otherwise would have taken an interest or interfered directly in an event being unable to do so as they do not know about the problem or issue in-character. Hopefully with this new measure in place, that will no longer be such a problem!
As a guideline, the three things that should be discussed are as follows:
1: Plans for classes/areas of concern (Professors can talk about what they are planning with their classes, and staff members can reply with what their duties will require.)
2: Concerns with students (witnessed fights, failing grades, etc.)
3: General concerns (staff, supplies, other things it takes to run a school that teachers might have a say in)
