Axel normally would have been up to the roof long before Roxas, but he took he's sweet time getting up to the tower today. By the time he finally poked his head out of the window to see if the coast was clear Roxas was already there.

"Hey." He greeted, clamoring out of the window and setting himself up on the roof.

It was strange that he beat the older boy to the roof. Between that, and the feeling he had gotten from Sora's supposed 'wonder twin powers' his first day back, it made him extremely nervous.

"Hey." Roxas returned the greeting, attempting to smile a little.

Axel had been in plenty of awkward situations before, but none really bothered him like this one was starting to. Really, how in the world was he even supposed to bring something like this up?

"Right...I called you out here to talk..." He mumbled, looking just as awkward as he felt from his little spot on the roof. "First off--" Okay no he couldn't just up and say it like he was planning at first.

He could tell that Axel was nervous and Roxas leaned back on a hand, looking away just in case that helped. "So how have you been?" It was a stupid question, but maybe it would break the tension.
