Toph had been walking by the courtyard when she heard the chords ring through her ears. She could feel that there was a girl there holding a...thing. Forgetting about the class she was headed to, she decided to investigate.

Approaching the girl, Toph let her curiosity be known. "What are you doing?"

Haruhi jumped. She'd been concentrating so hard she hadn't heard anyone else come up to her. And they'd made her lose that concentration! She'd almost had it!
"What does it look lik- oh." Haruhi, about to vent her frustration on the newcomer, stopped herself when she realised it was the blind girl from her house.

She bit her lip, now even more annoyed with herself, and looked back at the book. "I'm teaching myself to play the guitar." she explained, trying not to sound as annoyed as she felt.
