Rating: Ahaha. PG-13 at least. Ikkaku + Ichigo + violence = not good for children.

Ichigo strolled out to the Lake after Transfiguration, hand in one pocket and wooden sword resting on his shoulder. He didn't look too worried about the upcoming fight, which would most likely piss Ikkaku off. Which was sort of the goal. He'd left his want back at the dorm - he'd only be risking getting it broken here anyway.

Ichigo grinned, seeing Ikkaku there already. "Yo, Baldie!" he called, taking his hand from him pocket and giving a lazy wave. "Y'ready?"

Orihime hummed to herself as she left the castle. She was in a good mood today. Not only had she had a delicious lunch (red-bean paste, lettuce and peanut butter sandwiches!), but Ichigo was going to fight Ikkaku today~
And they were even letting her keep score again!

She spotted the two boys by the lake and waved.
"Kurosaki-ku~n! Ikkaku-san! Hello!"

"Ready t'beat ya into the ground," Ikkaku called back, wrists hooked over the weapon he had lying across his shoulders. He grinned dangerously. Yeah, he was pissed off, but mostly fighting Ichigo was fun, and just maybe he'd take any excuse for it. "Hope ya ain't got any plans fer yer face comin' up. Gonna be a bloody pulp when I'm through."

And the girl was here. Of course. "Orihime," Ikkaku nodded and raised his still-hooked hand in a casual wave. "Bring a basket t'carry this idiot back to yer Common Room?"

Ichigo paused at the sound of someone calling his name. He turned around and blinked. "A-ah. Inoue." He gave her a slightly milder version of his usual scowl, and nodded, before glancing over his shoulder at Ikkaku in the manner of a man who'd just been interrupted from something important. It was more to rile the guy up than anything else.

"You'll try to beat me in to the ground, you mean," Ichigo corrected.
