Skipping just felt different today, so Pallas was walking. That was the first thing of note about the normally hyperactive girl. The second was her clothing. From all outward appearances, she looked like a cute blue-haired boy wearing a girls uniform. Someone had played a trick, and she wasn't in on it. That made her a bit mellow. Once she figured out who had done it, she would get them back, probably with Seifer in tow. He wasn't happy, either.

All that aside, she walked into the classroom and took her seat, remaining eerily quiet the entire time she prepared her supplies.

Rangiku was slouched over the desk, intent on having a nap when the Third year arrived. If students were getting here, that meant that sooner or later Ed was going to make her do more work. The blonde pushed herself up with a groan, and yawned a hello.

"And how are you today?" She asked the blue haired boy. Girl. Girl who was a boy. Pallas? Rangiku was really beginning to rue the lack of chocolate in this classroom. If she had that, at least she could cheer people up with sugar.

It was Pallas, and she was not her normal bouncy self. Looking up with a wistful look at the "substitute" professor, she sighed and shrugged. At least she could go play with her toys when class was over. "Pallas feels weird."

Wandering into Potions class, Kadaj hadn't known what to find. There probably wouldn't be many students attending. Why he bothered to go through the humiliation he was still uncertain, other than he was determined to prove he was strong enough to not let something like this get in the way. His face had become softer, less defined than before, and he knew that he was several inches shorter. Other than that though, as long as he was careful, he could hide the other...changes to his anatomy.

Even if that didn't change the fact that he could still feel them.

His hips swayed. It annoyed him, hips weren't meant to sway. The weight on his chest was hard to ignore.

So, it was with a very grouchy expression that he entered the room, ignoring everything else just in case until he sat down.

A stare holding little interest drifted up to view what he assumed would be the Professor, male or not. It took him a few seconds of blinking to realize that was not Professor Howl. Yet they shared some similarities... Curious. Both had ( ... )

When Kadaj first claimed to 'know it', Rangiku's mouth fell slightly open, somewhere between surprise and shock as she tried to organise a response. However, she quickly corrected the expression with an arched eyebrow and a smile. "Kadaj, I'm not Professor Howl," she replied, amused. "I'm the substitute!"

Rangiku was too entertained by the prospect of Howl having always been a woman to notice her faux-pas, even as she grinned at her student. "How are you today? Looking forward to an exciting Potions Class~?"

She hoped so, because at least that would make one of them. Rangiku wasn't even sure she remembered where the main supply cupboard was, having made a point to try and forget everything from her years in Potions classes.

Kadaj? That was more than enough to warrant his interest. He had been watching this man, as far as he knew, carefully, but now he could only stare.

Much as he wanted to know who this really was, it would be much more fun to walk them into a corner throughout the class period. He would play along for now. "Of course. Do I feel sorry for you," he quipped back dryly, smirking in his usual manner, although this time it was for a very good reason.

They certainly were happy about something. Taking out a quill, he spun it around a few times, staring levelly at the 'substitute' for a few moments. Suddenly, he smiled brightly, and answered in his most feminine, upbeat voice that he could. "I'm always excited about learning!" It was as if he had switched personalities. This could be a good game if he played it right. Examining his nails, Kadaj looked back to them openly, and added as innocently as he could, "What may I address you as?" Since you already know my name.
