What (ETA): Swan, Genesis and Ren chill out for a while and are awesome, and then manage to get in trouble with the squid. And then Seifer Is Very Helpful Indeed.
A gentle smile played at Swan's lips as she surveyed the Lake. It was still freezing, of course, the sudden turn in weather having made no hint of changing just yet, but the Gryffindor made a habit of trying to walk the grounds as often as she could. The simple fact that she could see her breath a little more.... clearly.... than usual would make no change to that. Perhaps, however, bringing a book out to read hadn't been an entirely sensible idea.
Closing her eyes, she inhaled the sharp, cold air. It was refreshing, and helped lift away some of the tension that inevitably came from being around her fellow students. Pulling out her book, she carefully thumbed through the pages. She was more likely to get some reading done here than in the Common Room, anyway...
