Utena is drinking tea.
And makes this face at the mention of Kadaj. She says he should be kicked off his quidditch team for one, that's what she'd do if she were his captain. He's not right in the head.

Rail's early, but takes the seat closest to the door anyway and frowns. He's not really into this whole meeting thing, but he figures that if he's been made a prefect he better act like a good one and makes a few small suggestions about classwork.
He's not too concerned about the whole 'blood' thing- that'll blow over as long as all the prefects keep doing their jobs and keeping an eye on things. However the students who are being deliberately antagonistic should be closely watched.
He wonders if there was some kind of awareness day they could hold about the non-wizarding world they could have, so that the students who've never experienced life without magic can understand a little more about where their classmates are coming from.
She mentions that she is concerned with Slytherin's performance, though it is apparent some have been making strides toward improving, and the Headmaster seems to have listened to her input on the lack of balance inherent in the points system as it stands. They have overtaken Hufflepuff, at the very least.
However, the behavior of one particular member of their House is still cause for concern, and the professors seem uninclined or unable to deal with him. Does anyone have suggestions on how his disruptions might be discouraged?
McCoy takes a seat near the back. He still isn't quite used to these meeting things.
He doesn't have much to say on any of the current tension between pureblood supremists and integration idealists, only that he thinks the idiocy of the school's at an all time high.

Erk. Erza can feel her stomach rebelling already at the idea of that flavor combination, but takes a muffin out of politeness. She sort of picks at it, but it's done in a convincing enough way that it looks like she's tried it. She doesn't want to hurt Orihime's feelings.
She shoots Bones a sharp look and points out that kind of thinking isn't really helpful...but she can't help but agree. She never thought this sort of thing would happen here, out of all places.

Is he, now? Perhaps he'd like to enlighten her as to how he's doing that? She would hate to... accidentally undo all his careful work.
Bitch is fabulous, does she look like she wants a crumpet?

She... hasn't got much to say about the pureblood issues- she's still not completely convinced that there really isn't anything that's her fault.
