Asch was some distance away, keeping the cheagle in sight so it didn't wander off, but reluctant to approach Luke as well. This... had not been a good week for him; that glimpse of how his life could have been so happy gnawed away inside of him, to the point where he almost wanted to break down and cry at how cruel this school could be.

After a moment, he steadied his nerves, approaching slowly. "Told you all he did was just eat anything that was green."

Seated beside Mieu now the younger twin turns his head from Mieu to his brother. He may not have looked it to others, but Luke could tell none of this was sitting well with him either. "He must of worked up his appetite filling my body up with apples."

He couldn't find it in him to be annoyed by it anymore though. "Going to come join us?" Nods towards an empty patch of grass nearby. Might as well get comfortable before everything became awkward.

Asch hesitated a moment, before approaching the two of them and kneeling down. A moment passed, before he reached out and scratched Mieu behind the ears.

CONGRATZ! What is it?

"Mieph~" The cheagle coos around a mouthful of plant.

Well, at least someone was talking. Course it made Luke feel a little awkward seeing Asch so kindly to Mieu. It just kept reminding him of that past messed up week. He watched silently for a few more moments before finally opening his mouth... then snapping it back shut... then opening again.

"So... did you... want to talk about it?"
