Gray headed to the Training Grounds cheerfully, beside his friend Natsu. He would have gone ahead, but the number of clothes he had on made it hard to walk freely, much less run. He breathed into his hands, which were protected with nice, warm mittens from the chilly weather. It wasn't easy helping Natsu to get all of the equipment, while making sure that his scarf stood in place, as well as having some trouble reaching down.

The ice mage nodded at MoetsuNatsu, feeling confident that this would be fun, and that nothing bad would happen. With a flick of his wand, he made a broom come to him, rather than him having to pick it up again, and got on it.

"Well, here goes nothing! Wish me luck, Natsu!"

Gray kicked the ground for a boost, but the weight made the broom go back down sideways. Struggling to avoid falling down, he flailed around and made the broom fly up and down in circles. After reaching a certain altitude, the shivering wizard finally managed to calm down and keep his balance on the broom.

"I... I got this!"

Following behind her boys, Lucy allowed herself to relax slightly from the rigid posture she normally assumed as far as she was aware anyway. Naturally she took her responsibilities as a prefect very seriously, as could only be expected of someone tasked with ensuring the safety of her comrades and the honor of her house, but there were still those rare moments that gave her the chance to spend time with her classmates in a slightly more relaxed context ( ... )

Whatever the hell was going on this time, Erza had to make sure Natsu, Gray and Lucy didn't accidentally kill themselves or something similar. She'd headed to the Quidditch pitch after the bizarre...adorable version of Natsu had invited her, and watched the proceedings from a distance, her expression growing increasingly baffled.

Natsu and Gray were getting along without her having to threaten them. Natsu was...about to ride a broom, despite his crippling motion sickness? Why was Lucy giving orders? Why was Gray wearing so many clothes? The best thing to do she decided, was to act as if nothing was horribly wrong about everything occurring at the moment. That way, she could keep an eye on the three of them and prevent any disasters from happening.

"Natsu, Gray? Lucy? I'm here."

After wishing Mister Gray what he hoped was enough luck, Natsu watched his friend slowly get his broom under control. There were a few moments where things seemed dicey, but soon enough he looked confident in the air ( ... )
