Jaina sat outside on the bleachers, dressed in her quidditch robes and idley tossing the snitch back and forth as she waited for Asch. She hadn't been lying when she said she wasn't a fan of balls, and was far from concerned about the fact that she was missing one.
A little annoyed that she hadn't talked to Kirk yet. But.
She sighed, enjoying the relatively uncomplicated time. Quidditch was easy. Flying she got. Balls and dates and everything else was a little more confusing for her.
Jaina stared across the field, waiting for a sign of Asch.
The mun did it! ...Asch just agrees with it. >>;;;not_the_dreckJune 28 2010, 20:38:20 UTC
It was a moment before Asch came out, managing to look somewhat neutral as he raised a hand toward her in greeting. He mounted his broom, flying up to where she was and hovering not that far away.
"Hey," she replied back with a nod, reaching for her broom and standing up. Jaina grabbed the snitch one last time before swinging a leg over and flying up.
She frowned when she got a closer look at his face. He seemed...a little quieter. And there wasn't much of the bravado or temper she remembered from their last...embarrassing outing.
Asch seemed to become more withdrawn, glancing away.
"Fine," he muttered, before quickly switching the subject, trying to force his mind off of what was eating him. "What would you like me to do to help you train?"
