WHO: Kaoru Hitachiin and Open LOCATION: School Grounds WEEK: 60 TIME: After classes WHAT: Kaoru playing with his tiny pomeranian dog daemon, but not until he finished his homework first. RATING: PG for cuteness
Nobu stretched a little as he walked outside on the grounds, his green frog on one shoulder, his guitar on the other. He was looking for a little inspiration, a little quiet time to play his babe. Maybe start trying to write a song. He listened to the soft croaking in his ear as Grenouille pressed into his neck.
He paused for a second, hearing the sound of laughter nearby.
We should investigate it.
"Sounds like a good idea," Nobu agreed, walking a little further to find the other boy and his daemon. "Hey!" He greeted cheerfully, smiling, lifting his hand up in a wave.
Kaoru had moved Hikari to the side so he could actually place the homework on his lap as the daemon didn't look happy about it and curled up.
"Don't be like that Hikari, when I finish this then we'll play ok?" he said with a smile as the dog appeared to of cheered up slightly making a little yip as a reply. Upon hearing someone seemingly to say hello to him, he looked up from his work, with a smile and replied back, "Hello there, I see I'm not the only one out on the school grounds then?"
"Ah, nope, I guess not. I think I saw some people back at the Courtyard, too. Mostly girls," Nobu responded instantly, hooking his thumb in a random direction behind him. It was more than likely the wrong way, but it wasn't even like he had eyes in the back of his head. "It's a good day to get out of the school."
He adjusted the strap on his shoulder, eyebrows perking up curiously. Was that homework? "I think I'm bugging you when you're doing your work."
It made him wonder how many late assignments he had sitting back in the dorm room.
"Girls always seem to like coming outside after class, I don't know why though, except for the fact like you said it's a good day to be outside," he said as he tilted his head, thinking about what possible reason there could be for girls to want to go out of the school grounds most of the time.
Fiddling with his paperwork holding it in his hand as he looked at it, before letting out a slight sigh "I'm attempting to do my work, complete difference," he muttered putting it down again, just about giving up on it. "It's arithmancy homework, not my best subject."
