WELCOME TO OUR OOC CLASS LOG!

How this will work, is that professors who wish to hold an OOC log post a thread for each year of their classes, labeled with the year and class. It will be a quiz based around famous witches and wizards from the victorian period

Oh! Lizzie is very good at these. Several of them are from her family line. She's doing just fine with this quiz.

The rampaging bull through the halls of the school on Saturday would have woken everyone up, and if the still present bandages are any indication, talking about it to Szayel directly is likely to get you a detention. Despite his apparent grumpiness and dead seriousness, he's more subdued than he was last class period, making the likelihood of students getting away with murder pretty high.

Also, at this point, he has a sword on him. Don't ask, because he's not going to tell.

As a companion to your last class period, today you'll be brewing a Deflating Drought. He will select one student out of all of you (feel free to volunteer yourselves as well) to use a Swelling Solution on so as to test your results. The team that made the swelling reduce the most gets house points.

It looks like Ashe is getting a little less practical in her teaching methods. You guys are getting this period to begin work on a seven page essay on any one culture and their particular summoning magicks.

You will have your thesis run by Professor B'nargin by the end of the period and if you don't you will have it run by her by the end of tomorrow. Go!

Even though Flash is probably barely passing this class, it's still a favorite because of how totally hot Professor B'nargin is.

Except for classes where they have to write essays. He's totally gonna have to corner Parker in the common room for help with this nightmare.

Cecil's a little nervous, as it's his first time teaching and all, but he's too knightly to show it.

He'll just be introducing himself to you all today, and giving a basic rundown of what he'll be covering. While he will go over the basic theories of all areas of Divination, his main expertise lies in the reading of the celestial bodies above. You can said it's a... natural talent. So expect to be taking a lot of what you learn in your Astronomy classes and applying it here.

Also, he'll want to test each of you to see if you have a true gift for Divination. Those that do, he's going to try to see if he can get you some private tutoring with Drusilla, as he does not have the gift like she does.

While she probably doesn't have the talent that Drusilla or Cecil do, Namine does show some competence in the area of divination. Especially when it comes to interpreting images in various elements (ie tea reading, crystal balls, etc).

She is also really interested in Astronomy and how it applies to Divination, so expect her to pay close attention.

Last class was a quiet day. But not today guys! Today you'll be learning all about the different charms and spells that are commonly used with magical art. Now, it won't be all notes. Each spell they go over, Alyss will give you a picture, and you'll be able to perform it.
