Name(s): Temari, Quistis, Lana, any Ravenclaws who'd like to join in! (All are welcome!) Location: Ravenclaw Common Room Day: 11 Time: After dinner Rating: PG-13, just in case Temari's language gets away from her...
Lana had taken to tossing herself into the common room and curling up with her homework in her lap and on a table nearby, so when the blonde arrived in the common room and flung herself in a chair nearby, the newest student raised her head and stared at her for a moment. She was muddy, or some of her books were anyway, and she had polishing cloths and a broom with her. Obviously a Quidditch player.
"Must have just rained," she murmured softly before turning back to her homework.
The other girl's voice had been soft, but Temari didn't recognise it so she looked up to see who it belonged to. It wasn't someone she recognised, but judging from her appearance she was probably Seventh Year... maybe Sixth.
And she knew all of Sixth and Seventh.
"Hey," she greeted. "I'm Temari. You're Lana, right?"
Quistis walked into the Ravenclaw common room, juggling a stack of books in her arms. She had perhaps gotten a little too overenthusiastic in her checking out of library books. Tripping over a slight fold in the carpet, she lurched forward, her books falling out of her hands.
"Damnit," she muttered with an exasperated sigh before looking up, flushing with embarrassment as she noticed the other girls in the room. "Uh, sorry," she said. "That's just the fourth time that's happened to me on the way up to my room and... it was frustrating."
Her jaw dropped as she noticed Temari's books, on the ground, covered with muddy robes. "Temari!" she exclaimed. "Don't do that to your books! They need to be taken care of! If you put wet things on top of them, they, they'll..." she paused, the next word filling her with unspeakable horror. "They'll mildew!" she hissed.
Coming down the stairs, Ino saw Quistis fall and ran down the last few steps. "Quistis! Are you okay?" She grabbed up a couple of the books and offered a hand to the Seventh year. "Geez, way to be graceful," she teased. "Are you okay?"
Her gaze followed Quistis' over to Temari's books and she winced slightly. That wasn't going to go down well at all.
"No, it's okay Quistis!" Sakura replied. "I need to speak to Ino anyway."
She clamped on to Ino's arm and dragged her to a private part of the Common Room.
"That wasn't funny," she said. "You locked me in a cupboard with him. What if it had gone wrong?" She attempted to stamp on her stupid smile, and failed. Miserably.

Ino smirked at her best friend. "Please, Forehead. The only thing that would have made it go wrong was if you had kept lying."
She rolled her eyes. "It was obvious you two liked each other. You know that when it comes to other people's love lives, I am a genius. When are you going to learn to trust in my awesome?"

"Well, I was going to keep going," Sakura mumbled, looking to the side. "But then I spazzed out and let it slip. I should stop doing that, it might not turn out so well next time." She looked back up again. "Anyway, Pig, you nearly gave me a heart attack! That really was cruel and unusual."

The blonde just shook her head, still smirking. "Well, Sakura," she started, speaking slowly and tauntingly, "what have you learned today? You've learned that lying is wrong."
She snickered a little. "Oh, get over it. It was fine."
