This. This right here, was really starting to piss Undine off. The common room was for everyone, and the fact that Namine had spent most of her time being a mope in the corner of it was disheartening to the rest of the house and damn irritating on Undine's nerves.
Or something like that, anyways.
The point was, Undine had had enough of this crap and had decided to set shit straight. The older Hufflepuff stormed up to the smaller girl, crossing her arms in front of her chest and glaring down at her where she sat.
Naminé was not ready for a confrontation. She felt someone standing over her but it wasn't until that person spoke that she realized it was Undine. Oh no she gasped in her head. Naminé liked to think that she got along with everyone...but Undine seemed to hate her for some reason. At least, that was how Naminé saw it.
Instead of replying, she just stared up at Undine with wide eyes before stammering, "I...I wasn't doing anything."
Undine snorted, her fingers drumming along her biceps.
"Don't look like nothing. Looks like moping and being pathetic to me."
It was the closest Undine could allow herself to showing concern. When one grew up in the circumstances that she and her...cousins had, softness had been something Undine had forced herself to forget.
Namine lowered her head, she knew she was moping, but she didn't like the way Undine said it. She knew Undine didn't like it when she acted this way. Namine wished she could be stronger, but it just wasn't in her nature. It didn't help that this issue she was happening was more than just her usual timidness...and Undine wasn't helping that fact.

"So. What the hell do you think you're doing?"

"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to bother any one."
