Name(s): Jaina Solo and Nyota Uhura Location: Slytherin 7th year girls' dorm. Week: 52 Time: Friday afternoon? Before the Quidditch game. Rating: Uh, probably like PG at the most. Just girl talk, folks.
Jaina rolled her shoulders as she entered the dorm room she shared with Nyota, wincing slightly at the soreness from her muscles and making a mental note to stretch better before the next quidditch practice. She frowned slightly, fingers absently redoing the ponytail that had managed to become disshelved in the wind.
She was a bit surprised to see Nyota there so early, especially with exams looming around the corner. While Jaina was at times a workoholic with her school work, her roommate put her to shame in that particular category.
With a questioning glance, she made her way over to her bed, tossing her quidditch gloves on the mattress before shrugging out of her dirty practice robe.
"Did the library close?" She asked with just a little friendly teasing.
Jaina caught that smile and matched it with a smirk of her own as she collapsed on her bed, exhausted.
However, the smirk died with her roommate's admission, replaced by a contemplative frown. She had noticed the small and subtle changes surrounding Nyota recently, especially after the week where most of the students, Spock included, had experienced an alternate personality of themselves. The frown grew. Jaina knew first hand how the experiences had changed people, and the fact that Nyota was close to someone who had undergone something like this could explain the disconnect.
Nyota was quick to confirm Jaina's suspicions. "Ever since that whole... weird... week, you know, he thought he was on a space ship or something." She groaned a little. "He keeps calling Kirk 'Captain', and now he's avoiding me and I don't know why, and he basically told me last week to go away and leave him alone. In the seven years I've known him, he's never said anything like that to me."

"Actually, I'm just... rather trying to avoid places where Spock is likely to be," she admitted with a sigh.

She looked over at her, "What's going on?"
