Name(s): Jean, Undine, and eventually Helen Location: Quidditch Pitch Week: Week 52 Time: Tuesday, after classes Rating: U. For Undine. And her potty mouth. ... And probably Helen's. U&H? Lmao. PG-13. |D
Undine scowled deeply at Jean, wondering just who the prissy bitch thought she was.
"I'm not about to act how these over controlling losers want me to act just cuz they can't stand to hear the word 'fuck' every now and again," she bit back, crossing her hulking arms over her chest and glaring, "You wanna bench me? You better fucking bench me for a better reason than that, because otherwise it makes you look like a spineless loser."
The fact that Jean's decision did ultimately hold more weight than Undine's unsettled her, true. Playing quidditch for her house's team was probably the sole thing that gave her pride while she was at school, made her feel that she was worth something to the goddamn place. But at the same time, was it worth it if it meant licking at people's boots in order to stay on it? Fuck no.
That prissy bitch was Undine's captain, that's who she was.
Jean pulled herself up, shoulders going back, silver eyes narrowing. "We are in a school environment. Of course they don't want to hear such filth every time you decide to speak. I don't want to bench you, and that is the exact point. However, I can't do anything if you keep irritating the professors, who have more authority on these matters than I do."
It didn't matter what type of situation they were in. Whenever Jean began to have a conversation with Undine, part of her wanted to ram her head through a wall. A bigger part wanted to ram Undine's and hope beyond hope that something would get through that thick skull of hers. But those types of feelings were ridiculous and savage.
"The professors don't know what the hell they're talking about," Undine said with just a hint of disdain in her tone as she looked away, a sneer growing on her face.
"And I could give a rat's ass about this school, the only reason I'm here is because the Ministry decided to ship us all off," she said coldly, even though she knew deep down it was a lie.
Undine didn't have to, but that didn't make Jean any less of her captain.
Jean frowned at the sneer. "What is it that they exactly do not know, Undine?"
She fell silent and stared at the other warrior as she processed what she said. Yes, they had been shipped off when the Department of Mysteries had decided they were no longer of further use. Yes, they had been sent to Hogwarts to try and assimilate themselves. "Then why are you still here?" Jean finally spoke up, the edge of irritation completely absent from her voice.
