((so I'm not entirely sure what the outcome's gonna be with the Azula/Zuko fight, so for the sake of being able to start this log I'll just leave it vague :| ))

That voice.

Zuko's brow furrowed.

That obnoxious brat.

With a growl the prince-who-was-not-a-prince turned, fists clenching when he found his assumption to be true.

Great. A low growl escaped him as he shifted a foot back in anticipation, ready for whatever this self-claimed ally of the Avatar had in store for him. Just because he and Azula had lost their bending did not necessarily mean his new opponent had met with the same fate, so he had to be on his toes.

"I bid you choose your actions carefully, peasant. I'm in no mood to be trifled with."

"I should say the same for you." Peasant? Was that the best he could do? She just hoped that he didn't have his bending either...

"So, did you lose your bending along with your memories, or are you just being a pansy?"

Again with the memories... what was she babbling about? Zuko frowned. He couldn't imagine he'd forget such an irritating brat, even if he had met her previously.

"What are you talking about? The only think I fear I may have lost is my sanity. Clearly you have." he wasn't about to admit to having lost his bending. Considering she had asked the question, however, he had a hunch she was in the same boat he was.

"And what bold words you use." Zuko commented, a hint of derision in his tone, "Here's hoping you can back them up."

"I don't need to back them up. You're the one being the pansy, not me." It was obvious to her now that Zuko didn't have his bending. At least the sides were even now. She was sure Zuko knew more than bending, but since she could feel whatever he was going to do, she saw herself on the same fighting level.

"So, are we just going to stand here or what?"
