Otherwise Jack had found himself in a bad tonic-less predicament in his new employed position at school. For some odd reason he found it terribly difficult to find any sort of rum in a school setting, but he probably wasn't looking in the right place.
The scallywag swaggered into the tavern, looking very much like he had lingered there all day prior to entering. He looked from side to side and observed the tavern, "A quaint place." But who cared what it looked like really, or the questionable people therein. After a few good drinks they'd all look decent.
To the bar.

His heavy thoughts were probably what caused him to walk so slowly to Hogsmeade. It was an enjoyable walk though, the evening calm and peaceful. It had been a long week of teaching and Luxord was ready to just relax for the weekend.
He saw a few familiar faces in the bar and nodded to them. However, his eyes quickly settled on June and he made his way over. "The usual," he told the person behind the bar, before turning to June, "I see you're already ahead of me by a few drinks." It didn't look like she was going to slow down any time soon either.

She raised her glass to the familiar drinking partner in Luxord, spouting out, "Didn't mean to insult ya. Just a lot we gotta drink off today, you know?"

He'd actually been there before the others arrived, and it was unlikely anyone would remember seeing him leave the castle, but he was rather enjoying their company. Kakashi might not have always been the most open person in the world, but he loved a night out as much as the rest.
"Well now, everyone moves at their own pace along the river of life. I suppose the same could be said for getting drunk."

When she paid attention to her friends, she was all about her friends. When she actually got depressed, she withdrew. Surly. Moody. She hated when people were like the way she was right now and she hated subjecting other people to it. That didn't really compare to how tangled up she felt, though. Her insides were tangled up and hollow all at once.
"This is stupid," Rangiku murmured to herself, still nursing her sake.

Not bothering to excuse herself, she rose and left her glass behind on the bar. She quietly walked over to Rangiku, her eyes set on her friend's depressed face. She rose her own chin to breathe harder as though she was about to say something, but failed to verbalize anything.
She instead walked a little closer to her, and placed a hand on her upper back. She patted it a couple of times, tucked her lower lip in, and then began to leave without a word.

But hey, he had run out of dry martini mix in his office, so what was he going to do?
Hades looked around, smirking vindictively when he saw Rangiku sitting in the booth by herself.
He walked over, running a hand through the flames on top of his head, "Hey sugar, you miss me?" He asked, plopping himself down on the opposite seat and stretching his arm over the top of the seat. His smirk widened, "Who am I kidding, I'm a hard guy to miss."
