To be honest, when he'd asked his parents, Sora hadn't actually expected them to agree.
A few months ago, before Roxas had come back and Sora had been feeling kind of down, he'd hit upon the idea of a Quidditch camp to take his mind off things. Only problem was, he was obviously still at school. Well, that wasn't the only problem (Riku came to mind. Often) but it was a big one.
Except that the day before, Sora had received an owl back from his parents giving permission. They even thought it would be good for him! While this was all very exciting, with Roxas back and happy, Sora wasn't so sure it was something he still wanted to do.
He'd have to tell Roxas about it eventually, he knew. It was all about finding the right time, was all.
He entered their dorm room and dropped loudly onto the bed. Sora had always been an open book - looking at him, he virtually screamed 'SOMETHING'S ON MY MIND'.
Staring at his brother for all of two seconds and he knew that something was up.
"All right...talk. I know you've got something on your mind, because you've been quiet the last couple of days." Moving, he sat next to Sora not going to let his twin stay silent any longer.
"H-huh?" Sora sat up and blinked at Roxas. There was a brief pause before he blushed, looking down at his feet. "I don't - well..." He trailed off, grasping at his thoughts to gather them into something more coherent.
He drew in a breath, and tried again. "I got accepted into this Quidditch camp. It's a really good one. I tried out ages ago, while you were still gone. And - and mum and dad just wrote to tell me that I can go. Except that you're back now, and I don't know--" He stopped there. That was pretty much the whole point. "I don't know..."
Blue eyes watched Sora for several minutes before he smiled. Placing an arm around his twin's shoulder, Roxas laughed a little.
"So you might pass up an opportunity like this just because of me? You really are a dork." Releasing him, Roxas hit him with a pillow.
"Go to the Quidditch camp. I'll be fine. Axel's here and I'll see you again soon. It's not like this camp is forever, you have to come back to school eventually." Again, he hit him with a pillow, wondering if he could get in a pillow fight before Sora left.
