It's a mystery, they could be lying, but Detective Naoto will get to the bottom of it!

I don't think that all the teachers would be lying like this. It doesn't make sense.

Adults lie all the time in detective shows and books! So how do we know they don't lie in real life.

Of course adults lie in real life. I just don't understand why they would lie about something like this.

I am afraid that you have been affected by the deAging Potion Miss Ise.

Oh-
I wouldn't remember being older if I've been de-aged, would I?

Thank you for letting me know, Professor. Would you be able to tell me what year I'm in?

No. It looks as though the potion temporarily wipes one's memory.

Professor? [ Quiet chuckle. ] I am merely the Caretaker, Miss Ise. Hn, well that all depends on how old you are.

That makes sense.

Ah... sorry Caretaker. I'm currently eleven and in first year, but I was wondering what year I was supposed to be in.

[Have an eight-year-old Demyx with no front teeth!]

I'm a big boy.

You don't appear to be more than ten years old. That is hardly grounds to be 'big'.

...well...I'm not five anymore, so I am a big boy!

[Killjoy...]

Mommy said so.

[He's going to blow a raspberry at you now...]

That isn't adult behaviour either, you realise.

What a conclusion to come to at such a young age! Yes, Nanao, I'm afraid you have been de-aged, at the moment. And I know this information can be a little scary, but don't worry! Everything will be okay!

[Pauseeee.]

Are you fairing alright?

It's the logical conclusion, isn't it? Why would the professors lie about something like this?

I am not worried, if that's what you mean. I... can't remember being older, but I suppose I wouldn't. Would you be able to tell me exactly how much older I am supposed to be?

Oh, they wouldn't want to lie, dear~ But some people won't believe them about becoming de-aged so they'll say what they can to make sure all are calm until this passes over and all are back to their regular selves.

[A thoughtful pause~]

Hum~ I'm afraid we have not talked much before, Nanao, but I believe you're actually about your late twenties and [Slightly conspiratorial tone;] a Professor!

Of course. Not everyone is willing to believe the facts at hand.

[a long pause. that is unexpected.] ...are you sure?
