track meet yesterday, pretty well i guess. I got 11:21 in the two mile. I think that next meet I should be able to get under 11, but i dunno we will see...

i ran an 10:12 two mile
jkjkjk i cant run that race but we're pretty good, a lot of good 800 runners, like 6 under 2:10, im not one of them though but im close

hmmm, that does sound pretty good, what is your 4x800's best time. Cause i know we beat them at the Dow invite but i remember what they got.
