T&Cs for ALL SPREES organized by Spyuan00

Please DO NOT JOIN if you're uncomfortable with any of the below.

Waiting Time

• Be prepared to wait at least 8-10 weeks for the items to arrive from ANY seller/websites.

• Be prepared to wait around 1 week for me to sort/pack the items up for local postage and mass meet-up.

My Responsibilities

• I will not be responsible if any concealed cash is lost

• I will not be responsible if the seller/website ships wrong/damaged items.

• I will not be responsible for any missing parcel/items from seller/website >.<

• I will not be responsible for local normal mails if they go missing.

Charges/$$ Collections

• SGD$0.50 handling charge per spree-er, per postal address for masks.

• SGD$0.50 handling charge per spree-er, per 5 items or part thereof for:
  • Clothes, Cosmetics, any other small items sprees
  • E.g. If 1 spree-er order 13 items, I would be collecting $1.50 handling charge.

• SGD$0.50 handling charge per item for:
  • Bags or any other big items sprees

• The handling charge is for:
  • brown papers/envelopes, scotch tapes, bubble wraps (for fragile items)

• effort for consolidating the huge orders. (This handling charge would not be returned if you have chosen meet-up because it’s for the HUGE effort in consolidating the HUGE orders as well as SMS required for arranging meet-ups) (Please only join if you are comfortable with this)   

• Initial shipping charge (if applicable) to collect, will be stated in the particular sprees accordingly.

• Local postal fees collected (if applicable) to collect, will be stated in the particular sprees accordingly and is solely based on estimates. Refunds on excess postage collected are strictly prohibited. Likewise I would not request for top ups in any case of shortage of postage collected as well.
  • Please understand that I cannot bring every items to the P.O to weigh b4 collecting e local postage fees n it would take a lot of effort to refund or request for top ups after items have been posted. So please only join if you are comfortable with this.

• Any refunds i.e. OOS items etc will ONLY be done at the end of the spree (when all items have been distributed).

Orders Posting Rules

• No reservation of slots. It is best that you can post your orders and payment at the same time.

• Please delete and repost if you need to make any amendments to your order. (If you clicked on the delete button and nothing happens, please right click on it and open in new window to delete the comment)

• I will cancel the spree if response is not good.

• I reserve the right to reject any orders that I do not feel comfortable with.

• No posting of orders once spree is closed.

• No payment = no order.

• Frozen comments: Payment acknowledged :)

Updates

• Updates will be done via email and via my LJ spree website created for that particular spree. Please bookmark the spree site and refer back regularly.
