I love your play-by-play recipes, they reveal the process of cooking in such a natural way.

They're "Italian" because of who made 'em.

So, you can make italian anything? Like, Italian wontons?

Have I properly thanked you for the How to Cook Without a Book book? I've been recommending it to people. It's liberating from that fear that you have to use a recipe. I really appreciate the gift.

Welllll... I was thinking more like, "I make Italian sammiches" or "Italian code" or "Italian smooches"... But I have used wonton wrappers to make sweet-potato ravioli, so: Yes. Italian wontons.
