mmmmm. Bao. Oh, how I love bao. Mandarin Kitchen in Bloomington, MN has pineapple custard bao to die for. And a wall of fish tanks from which you can choose your dinner. And entire carts of dim sum that they don't even roll past the white folks unless you ask.
