I just arrived in Cali. I'm trying hard to resist the urge to rent a car and drive to the coast, I've never seen the Pacific, fortunately the LA traffic is a good detterent.

Yes, LA traffic is a big bitch. But, the Pacific coast is freakin' beautiful. I know that doesn't help you resist the urge, but not going to the beach when you're so close? Sorry, sunshine and water and stuff sounds so nice right now.
