Ok yes. Diet still sucks. May have to devor many many oreos on 'splurge day'.

Have lost 38 pounds. Yes - there is a huuuuuge upside to this diet.

Have 1400 calories a day - use as needed. Sit ups or crunches at night. Start with 10 a night for two weeks, add 5 more for two weeks, add five more for two weeks, etc. It's taken 6 months to lose that 38. It's hard, but worth it.
