New York had just decided to stay in on this Valentine's Day. He didn't feel like going out; he wasn't in the mood to see all the couples celebrating when he knew he was going to be alone today. While he tried to think on the positive, telling himself that now he could just focus on getting some work done, he made it visibly aware that he was...well...lonely. He figured he would try and call Texas later, to see how he was doing, but he assumed that the other would be working also, regardless that it was Sunday.
He was sitting in his living room, on one of the couches, with his laptop and a few papers as his only accompaniments. Dressed comfortably in a t-shirt and sweats, his outfit didn't scream the same luxury he often displayed. Which was a reason why he hesitated at first to answer the door when he heard the bell ring. But, he figured that he should; if whoever it was had come all the way up here, they obviously had something important...it was probably business

*The deliveryman couldn't see New York, but he could see the door open. His voice was a little strained- he had been carrying that bouquet for a while -when he spoke. He tried to peek around the flowers to see him.*
Mister Michael Campbell, right? Where would you like these?
He looked back into his house, debating for a moment. He did open the door more and stepped to he side, to allow the deliveryman to come inside to place the bouquet somewhere.
*With a nod, the deliveryman carefully carried the bouquet inside. He nearly walked sideways to be able to see where he was going. He set the flowers down on the first bit of free able space he came to.*
There you go.
*He immediately turned to leave, just pausing at the door again long to say something.*
