I saw an interesting movie the other day -- The Princess Raccoon, a musical starring Zhang Ziyi and Joe Odagiri. Ziyi (playing a tanuki who falls in love with a human) spoke and sang in Mandarin while everyone else used Japanese. The film was directed by Seijun Suzuki of Pistol Opera, so you know it was pretty out there. The mixing of the different languages made me think of you. :)

XD Yeah languages! ...I may have to try and find some pictures. Somehow imagining Zhang Ziyi as a singing tanuki kind of disturbs me. O_o

Yeah. It was you, tall Matt, and I. We did that bitter little skit where we talked about how boring our school is compared to whatever other place. But we got good jobs in the end. Or something.
