Veronica is awesome - I've loved her since the beginning though. It took me a little while to go from crushing on the neighborhood "jackass" to full on LOVING the guy!

Ooh, Veronica Mars. Logan, Weevil and of course Veronica are all awesome. I wish I hadn't been spoiled about the resolution of season 1 - which made season 2 more enjoyable for me in some ways since that time I really had no idea what would happen!

The show's creator, Rob Thomas, is a Buffy fan, and it shows. (Joss is in turn a VM fan - which is not doubt why there's a Veronica Mars reference in Buffy season 8.) Not only do some familiar faces pop up in VM, but you can make some comparisons between VM and BtVS characters (though only some of them). Season 1 romantic storylines are in some ways like Buffy's love life compressed into one season (only with far less sex and violence. The 09ers are kind of like vampires, of course. :)

Hee! Yes, they are!

I just watched episode 2x06 with Joss in it. IDK why it makes me squee when I see Buffy people on other shows. Charisma Carpenter was on earlier this season. I thoroughly enjoyed her!

Joss had a cameo in VM 2:6 Raw Saw God epi. He was a bitchy rental car clerk.
