An update to this always makes me happy! Another wonderful chapter. Loved Buffy's meeting with the Immortal and her very stilted conversation with Illyria. You really write a wonderful Buffy. Looking forward to seeing what happens now Spike's awake.

Your grasp of people is amazing. You've got a great Immortal and Illyria and they're hard to write! Your Buffy is still excellent and I love Buffy and Spike's meeting and the porcupine!

Thank you! I figured that the Immortal is pretty much open to interpretation, since we never get a look at him (and don't even have a real name). Illyria, though, is turning out to be a fun character to write - you get to channel your inner diva (although I think she was a little more poetically imperious on the show). :-)
