Well the past two weeks have been interesting.

Earlier in December, Dad took me with him to BestBuy to buy a Laptop computer for my mom. When we got it, we arranged for someone from Geek Squad to come and install it and the router we needed. The guy arrived on the 23rd and started to work, unfortunately, Xplornet doesn't offer router support and
