June has been a mad busy month so far! ...thus my MIA-ness. I usually manage to keep up with reading my friend's list and commenting here and there, but I don't have time or motivation to write an entry for myself it seems. It's certainly not like I have nothing to write about... it's more that I have TOO MUCH to write about and don't have time ( Read more... )

Wow. What a huge update! I remember talking to you on the night of the hair dye :) AND WOW, what a shame that beautiful barn flooded :(

And that's just a couple weeks of my life!!

The barn is slowly getting to normal but of course there are big concerns about mold and such now.

I do enjoy Jon Stewart's show, but I don't actually know the Naughty Chair reference... explain please? :p

It was so gross Dom! I tried to sleep on it so I could rock the hair the next day too, but I woke up and went, "Ewww" because it felt all gunky by then... so I had to wash it.

I never thought the stable was in a really low area, and I don't think anyone else did either. We had a lot of rain before this too, so I guess the ground was already close to being fully saturated and just couldn't take anymore.

My eyes are a darker blue so it's not noticeable unless you're up close. In that picture, the white background was acting as a reflector for the light, so it highlighted them nicely. :)

The deer thing is an antelope, which are native to the area! Doesn't it look like it belongs in Africa? I've only ever seen them in further south of Lethbridge.

omg at the flood! That is crazy!

That jockey IS super cute. And I love the one black racehorse. I like racing pictures, I don't think they all look the same.

The rainbow pic is so awesome. AND I really like Sam in western tack!

OK, I'll see about posting more racing pics in a few weeks when the spring meet is over!

I love rainbows. :) And yeah, I think Sam looks great under western tack too!
