This is a beautiful, beautiful piece!

The moment when Tom Riddle becomes Voldmort... I think you captured it really well! And how you made Ginny start off by calling him her 'dark angel' is brilliant!

I really like the way you've turned this around, so that Ginny is haunting Riddle. I loved the line about Tom Riddle dying as Voldemort is born! And the ending is a gut-punch, because of course we know exactly what's coming.

This is deliciously creepy and gorgeous in a slightly insane way. My favourite part was Tom's death and Voldemort's birth -- very well told and scary as hell. I think this line:

with sweat and blood and a horrible crushing uncertainty hanging over him like a cloud

...will haunt me for quite some time.

Oooh this is a REALLY cool idea! I love that you took this from the other perspective, how perhaps it was Ginny who was becoming more real to Tom and not vice versa. The last line KILLED it though. Absolutely perfect way to end. Great job! :)

I like your almost dreamlike descriptions here, with their emphasis on strong visuals, and the present tense is a great choice - it traps you in the moment and makes it more intense, rather like a dream. A well-crafted and enjoyable story.
