Shot to the head, ideally CNS. You'll want to aim for the center of the head - which is to say a parallel point from the area between the bridge and the tip of your nose, on the side of the skull. Gun in the mouth leaves too much room for error, and can leave someone permanently disfigured, handicapped. Bullet to the side of the head is ideal.
