What a great pairing! I like how Marcello tries to justify his moment of mercy by making it into something selfish. That's so perfectly like him.

I really like the dynamic between these two, how Eight's not quite as good and Marcello's not quite as bad as they think, and all those little self-destructive ways Marcello tries to manipulate Eight with. Nicely done!
