A gorgeous piece of heartbreak. I enjoyed reading this very much; it was just ... wow. And ouch. And hot - but mostly those first two.

Nice and sharp in all the right places, and it fits in very well with the canon.

That last line is a real punch in the gut, but I think this line has to be my favourite:

“Dying,” Eagle says, just like that, and Geo has never come closer to hate him than right now.

Though maybe small typo there I think? Hate instead of hating?
