Oooh, I like this. I kind of wonder as well why Kirika chooses Mireille instead of Chloe. Chloe really does seem a lot stronger...but also crazier.

Anyway, I like you put Mireille in a position of weakness, but in the end she overcomes Chloe without the same kind of power. :3

Thank you! This fic was a real challenge, because Mireille is my favourite character and I'm usually indifferent to Chloe. I was trying not to bias things too much in Mireille's favour.
