No offense to John, who is working on a pretty bad ass zombie project, but I am very much ready for all things zombies to not be hip. They're everywhere!

that's not so much "jumping the shark" as it is "fucking awesoming the shark"

I agree about the played out business. I have no problems with a plethora of zombie video games, but too many of the movies are too similar and too crappy

You really should be reading Kirkman's "The Walking Dead." Amazing stuff.

I saw your post from a few days ago. Does X3 really suck that much?

The look of it was similar to Singer's which is fine. Most of the X-Men are still cast waaaay too young. Kittie Pryde is in it and seriously looks about 14. He had the problem that any director would have in balancing a huge cast of characters. But my main problem was a serious disreguard for the characters themselves. I cant get into it without spoilers but he clearly just wanted to "shake things up" and by doing that, went into the story and just trashed it. You really should see it to get the full force of what I mean. My jaw dropped early in a "you actually fucking did that" way and I was so pissed that I didnt even stay for the post credits sequence, which from the description of the footage proves that he didnt even have the balls to stick by what he had done in the film itself.
