Ino was in a perfectly good mood. Chirpy even. And, because she didn't have anything better to do, showed up to check on her plants way early in the afternoon. It was the matter of seconds to get into the store and she grinned at her plants before fetching the watering can.

She didn't try to be quiet, in fact, she was even humming as she worked. Plants were always so soothing. Ino tilted her head in the direction of the stairs, maybe Cable-san would let her in to check on his plants?

Figuring it was worth a shot, Ino darted up the stairs, watering can in hand and knocked on the door. "Cable-san?"

Ah.

Well, there went his plan of going entirely unnoticed nobody ever noticed the real him today. "Ino," Cable called at the door, shoving at the crate of beer, "Now is not the time."

Ino brandished the watering can at the door, "It won't take long, Cable-san! I just want to check on your plants!"

"My plants are fine."

And the only ones who cared.

Cable smacked himself lightly in the forehead.
