friday is my last day of summer classes. after my final exam, i’m heading towards the library to stock up on books for a long vacation. everyone, please recommend me a book! your favorite book or one you think i’ll like. i’m not that picky but i am partial to banana yoshimoto, if that gives you a clue as to my tastes.

I've been reading English poetry all year, so I'm not sure... the best thing I've read all year is Milton's Paradise Lost, so you should read that if you haven't already.

omgggggggggg i love banana yoshimoto. why have i not known this before. :(

um i haven't read a lot of stuff on my own actually.. :/ but i do like miranda july's "no one belongs here more than you." i think that was the title. ;x

oh! and extremely loud & incredibly close. amazing, amazing book.
