I don't know where you're from or your childhood experience. Bad?
We didn't have many where I lived, but we had one that took our old barn off its foundation & it surprisingly didn't fall down. My daughter had a bad experience right here in PG as a teen when we weren't home & we came home to find her in a state of shock with many cuts from window glass. But that's all. These storms lately have looked scary, but just some downed limbs here.
I mean, wouldn't you all like to have a furiously flying fflo flag? Actually, I already have one.

i was telling bigfinedaddy the other night how the movie Hope and Glory, about childhood during the Blitz in London, did indeed give me nightmares, as i suspected it would (after seeing a 10:00 show of it at this twin cinema in Towson), but the nightmares were about tornados. scary things from the sky
