I love double-truck ads. I wish some of my clients had the budget for them.
I like the logo. I don't really get a water tank... but I can see how you can work it into the concept.
I love catching small things with ads. Like how you have the "s" in "is" align left with the "E" in Environment. same with the "o" to to" aligning right with the "t" in Environment. I think the "i" hanging off by itself in the second line of the headline bothers me a bit. But I'm sure you did that because the line wouldn't line up otherwise.
Maybe instead of putting in a stroke, you can put in a faint outer glow set to multiply (and only on the part that overlaps the photo).
One things that's catching my eye (and maybe because I'm a designer, too, who knows) is the kerning in Environment. The "ir" is too close together, while the "nm" is too far apart, I think.
Great logo and ad. I know you didn't ask for a critique, but you got one anyway. :)
great ad, looks like a logo from a million ad company. Very sexy design. and the white part on the bottom works fine. even a kick ass ceral box need upc and blah blah text stuff here and there.

The glow idea is a good one, will see how that looks if I can do it first.
And no, critiques are good!
