SO GTAIV is out and I guess everyone is busy playing it at the moment. I have to admit the game has me wanting to get a 360 or PS3 so I can play it...

I'm not really a fan of the GTA series, but I have to say that this one looks good. I'd like to try it for myself to see if it's actually that good, or if the whole world just has its lips firmly plastered to Rockstar's ass. Or maybe both. :P

Yeah, I know...IGN gave the game a 10. A freaking 10. While I rather enjoyed GTA:SA, the game series...I dunno if it just gave too much freedom, I found the series boring after awhile (I mean, how long can you drive around and do hookers before it's just...no fun, you know?), and GTA4 seemed like more of the same. But, it looked really nice.

But I'm holding off until after MGS4 (and maybe Ghostbusters!). Loving the online beta for Metal Gear Solid, and well...we don't have any close arcades here anymore, and so no T6 to keep me occupied.

Victor's working on Ghostbusters, hehe. He says not to tell you that until we know if it's going to be good or not. :P

GTA has a freaking 99 Metacritic right now. NINETY-NINE. I'm highly skeptical, but I'd love to be proven wrong. ;)

It's a good game, and has a much better plot than its predecessors. Actually goes into the consequences being a murderous criminal has on the protagonist, while still being fun.

Addictive, though.

only played the new GTA4 a little. The difference is amazing but it's not just the graphics, it's the physics behind everything that makes it every more. Oh and the fact you can get a hand, hummer or bareskin ride in your car from a "escort girl' on the side of the street.
