Payment
There will be 2 payment.
1st - will be collecting payment for items $3 /item for shipping 1st.
2nd payment - topup of shipping fee if any speedpost fee when sending $ to supplier (to be shared among spree participants) handling fee of 50cents local postage (registered mail add $2.24)
