1)Overcharged shippings. The main purpose of a spree is to save costs! 2)Handling fee is suppose to be only 50 cents person not PER bag. 3)Slow processing, the spree started on JAN and bags have only arrived in April.Took 3 days to settle them out. 4)Feel that i've been conned.(My opinion, not implying anything) 5)Definitely not friendly at all, when asked about the exorbitant shipping charges etc, this person or "company" wanted to use LAW to shield and settle the issues.
I will definitely not join again.NEVER. Lastly,SAVE your explanations.Dont bother to explain like what you did above.Dont wish to hear from you again.
Btw, what i've said above is my personal opinion/comments, not implying anything, nor tarnishing your "company" public reputation, just my point of view.
1) very sincerely 'subsidised' $100+ from shipping charges which made it sound highly suspicious of profittering. why would any organizer subsidise so much?!
2) despite this, shipping from Taiwan to SG was still overcharged by approx $100. Claimed to use EMS but when probed, she sent me the normal Parcel Form with 'SURFACE Mail' Ticked. Hence, cheated in mode of shipping.
3) threatened me with the 'law' if i were to email other spree participants who are in the same spree as me. she said "Else we will take appropriate actions against you."
4) said that if we are not happy with the charges, we do not have to pay. however, hinted that our bags will not be sent to us
5) when emailed organizer to ask why shipping charge is so high, she replied that nobody has questioned her about the charges. however, she replied the same thing to whoever who emailed

I give you the benefit of the doubt. Paid about $20 in total for the shipping of the shoes ($3 initial top-up, $15 shipping, $2+ more for normal mailing).
Worst of all, you mailed me the wrong shoes! Please reply to my email asap. I have no use of the shoes and I will need you to pay me the appropriate mail charges so I can exchange the shoes with the original buyer. Will consider revising feedback upon your response.
