Thanks! You see so many pieces where the relationship is amazing and obsessional and all-consuming. I wanted to explore what must be a more common phenomenon: when you don't really fall in love, it's a bit of a disappointment, and it starts to feel like some kind of chore. A sad but human experience, in other words.
