People generally go 55-60 on 28th street. I wasn't pulled over for speeding. I was pulled over for driving a mustang, with the top down, at 10:30PM on a Thursday and being within 10MPH of the speed limit. They were fishing for drunk drivers. He admitted that. It is wrong to pull people over just to randomly see if they are doing something illegal.

I don't think it really counts as profiling if you are actually breaking the law...
