I meant to post some pics because after 2 days of low cal rest days I was looking pretty darn good if I say so myself! :p. again the goal here is to lose body fat and maintain the muscle I have worked hard to put on. No hope for me though. Gained too much weight back and soooo hard to lose now. Maybe Ill try again but its tough since me and S are TTC its prob best I try hard! I wanna be healthy.

I find my abs always look best first thing in the morning also. Too bad they can't be that way all day long!
How much water do you usually drink each day? I find I drink more when I have a large cup (at least 24 oz) with a straw nearby. For some reason, I definitely drink more out of a straw. Odd.
