IN order to enter a class I need instructor's permission. He told me to come in so he can sign my "ADD form." What is that?

If it is a psych class, I think you can get one from Debby or Heather (the secretaries) in the psych department.

its on norse express. you dont have to do anything. the professor will do it. when you are adding classes for next semester, the call number and everything will be there for you to just enter in.
