Oh Josh, how I love and miss you! I've thoroughly enjoyed your post and reading about Aboriginal history. I love my own 'Taino' culture (the indiginous tribes of Puert Rico) and it's amazing how similar some of the history is.

As for falling in love, I'm so happy to hear that tingle of love in your post. It's a fantastic feeling and thank you for reminding me of those first moments when you look into your lover's eyes and KNOW that they're the right one for you. *hugs you*

Another of my Aussie friends posted a bit about the government apology. I think that's awesome. We've never really had a formal apology from the government in the States for its support of slavery. Admittedly, that's a very long time ago now (though not so long in the grand timeline of human history), but I think that some injustices hurt for so long and so deeply that they run through generations. I'm glad to hear that the new Aussie government recognizes that and is trying to make amends. I think that for those who suffer injustice, having that injustice recognized is the first step toward healing ( ... )

Wonderful entry. I really appreciated reading the whole of it: The Aboriginals, the Love, the life update.
Glad you are enjoying the family, hope you are feeling better!
That is fantastic about really making a difference through tv! So cool.

You've got a very lyrical sense of love for one so young. Beautiful. ;D
And...yeah. I remember those touches and feelings... Heh. I've had the same sweet hot man for quite awhile now, so V'Day was very mellow and nice. I made pasta for us at home, we watched a movie. ;D

Yes, spontaneous goodwill is something that ought to be encouraged as often as possible, I think, and I thank you for contributing! XD
